Hi, my name is David Rodriguez.

I am 32 and I suffered premature ejaculation. Here is my story on how I defeated premature ejaculation.

You know, lasting less than 2 minutes is not nice. I had countless sexual experiences lasting even less than that.

Officially, you have premature ejaculation if you last less than desire. Well I didn’t want to last 2 minutes, so I had premature ejaculation. period.

After a particular long streak of 1-2 minute quickies, I told to myself that all that should change and change fast. So I embarked myself in a journey for finding the cure to my premature ejaculation dysfunction.

I did a lot of research online, tried many treatments and strategies…but somehow it didn’t work. Well it did in the end, but not before many months of any results whatsoever.

Why? In retrospective, two things were missing in my strategy. First, I didn’t draw a real short and long term strategy. I was running around like chickens with their heads cut off, going nowhere.

Second, I didn’t have somebody that could explain the mechanics of some exercises. Pressure point exercises for example, need crystal clear explanations.

Luckily, I had the enthusiasm to go on despite initial failures. I became friend of a couple of great sexual therapists who had the patience in explaining what I was doing wrong.

Persistence and advice paid off. I finally learned how to prevent premature ejaculation, and had my first multi-orgasmic night. Nothing less than fantastic! Going from a 1 minute quickie to more than 30 minutes was out of this world, although as you can deduce didn't happened overnight.

Premature ejaculation is a sexual dysfunction, very annoying, embarrassing and demoralizing dysfunction. But it is treatable and you can overcome premature ejaculation easily, just as I did.

Well, I hope easier than I did.

That’s why I set up this website.

I want you guys stuck in the middle of a premature ejaculation problem to know what you can do right away to defeat premature ejaculation, and last longer in bed.

I think I don’t need to list all the benefits that come with learning to last longer in bed, but I did anyway as a reminder of how good life will be after 2 or 3 months of treatments and exercises.

Oh, by the way, my English is not what I would say the best in the world, so from time to time you’ll find broken grammar, my apologies. I am not a native, as you will notice while reading, but it’s good enough for clear understanding. Anyway, please alert me whenever you find catastrophic errors.
